Driving Lessons Ashton Bristol are available with A&M School of Motoring. Ashton Bristol is very central being slightly South West of the centre of Bristol and offers you the option of taking your driving test from either Avonmouth Driving Test Centre or Brislington Driving Test Centre. 

Nearby places include Hotwells, Bedminster, Ashton Vale and Bower Ashton.

Ashton Gate is very close by and this is a busy busy area most times of the day what with a lot of city commuters cutting across town. You also have Bristol City Football Club in the heart of Ashton Gate. 

Ashton has a multitude of different types of roads to practice on. The Portway is part of the A4 which takes you to the Avonmouth Driving Test Centre and lot of narrow hilly roads in Bedminster which is just a stones throw away if you wanted to practice hill starts and meeting traffic!

It is somewhat limited for new beginners, so your first few driving lessons will probably consist of your driving instructor driving you away to a suitable training area. These areas could be either Southmead where there are lots of flat wide quiet roads, or it could be a place called Whitchurch which also boasts wide quiet flat roads to practice the basics on.

If you do get to drive along to Southmead do definitely take in the beautiful sight of Brunel's historic Suspension Bridge. On the way out to Southmead you will get the chance to get up through the gears and get to drive on a dual carriageway....maybe even get into 5th gear!
